QUY450 Crawler Crane is large tonnage and high-end crane product developed by our company for strategic transfer, participating in international competition and recover for large tonnage crawler crane market share.This crane uses crawler as its carrier, lattice type boom, features less ground pressure,travel with a load, high lifting height and heavy lifting load, tower attachment possible for adjacent to high buildings, sideway-super-lift equipment provides stong lifting and flexible maneuverability. The German PAT computer-controlled system ensures safety for operation. The pump controlled varible displacement hydraulic system works together with the electronic proportional control system,high efficiency, energy saving and precise control.The power drive parts from well-known international company is environmental protection and reliable.
Variable Combination of Booms: Boom material is imported from Germany, light-weight, high load-bearing ability, variable boom combination, wide application, single top, quick lifting for load, and imporved work efficiency.
To reduce the affect of deflection by dead weight to boom stability, the long boom is added with a wrist rope and the length of wrist rope can be adjusted, which is China State Patent
Boom elevating uses the advanced device of pull-plate plus balance beam.
1.Main winch uses two synchronous working speed reducer,slewing ring and slewing gear are external coupling and dual drive.
2.Crane frame is box type structure with inner reinforcement and slewing ring is added with necessary plate, which ensure effective load transfer and overall rigidity and strength.
3.Structural parts are designed with FEM for optimization,reasonable load bearing and light-weight.
4.Car-body is I-type,simple structure,good rigidity,and reinforcement plate is arranged around the swing center for improving rigidity.
5.Crawler frame is welded box type structure,connection between lower roller and frame is added with necessary reinforcement plate,and crane travel is single side and single wheel drive.
Self-erecting the parts that is greater than 15t,hydraulic assembly of the linking pin shafts between turntable and boom.
Lift or lower the basic machine by extending or retracting the outrigger cylinder and self-erecting is realized.
Ergonomically design easy for maintenance and operation:various boom combinations, light-loading and quick single winch system,reeving technology reducing working strength, considering the equipment of imported progressive centralized lubrication system to reduce parts abrasion, increase durability and service life and reliability of whole vehicle,confortable and easy for machine maintenance.
